This is my original Ode to the Tides Mandala painting done in gouache on watercolor paper in 2019. This painting was commissioned for exhibition in a traveling group show called Ode to the Tides about Oregon estuaries, which traveled around the state of Oregon in 2019.

It has just been selected for purchase for the Portable Art Collection by the Regional Arts and Culture Council (RACC).

The original painting is 16” x 16” and exquisite custom frame with matt is approximately 22” x 22” and is wired for hanging. It has UV glass. Included with the painting is a detailed commentary on the mandala. The symbolism of the imagery in the painting and identification of all the wildlife and plants and elements in the mandala are described.

One original available only. Original price was $3000, as 50% of the proceeds were to go to the Wetlands Conservancy.
