Hand painted spring flowers embellish this small plate with orange and turquoise accents. Perfect for side dishes, fruit, nuts, or whatever suits your fancy. Present to guests at intimate and festive spring and summer patio covid-safe gatherings.

The front of the plate was decorated with a hand painted image transfer made with underglaze colors onto the damp porcelain and then was further embellished after bisque firing. The back was painted with layers of turquoise underglaze and carved before bisque firing with a pattern (sgraffito). Finally it glazed with a clear matte glaze and fired to cone 5. Food safe. Hand washing recommended.
