Cooking with Love titles the video made by Portland filmmakers, Cooking Up a Story (CUPS), derived from a message from my mother, Alice, that is the mantra of the book: “Dear, if you make it with love, it will be delicious!” In this the viewer learns about the book and the story of Lebanese food that I grew up with, as I learned from my beloved mother and grandmother.

How to Make Vegetarian Stuffed Squash, a video produced by Cooking Up a Story in 2008, has over 80,000 views on YouTube! The segment demonstrates the creation of a Lebanese vegan/vegetarian version of a favorite summertime stuffed squash recipe using Lebanese kousa (squash). People love to watch how to cooking videos, and this six minute version is well loved!
